Accounts are managed through our online account console, accessed by logging into the site from any page using your username and password. From there, you can manage your surveys, change your subscription levels, and cancel your subscription if necessary.
Subscriptions will be charged monthly to an acceptable credit or debit card, in Pounds Sterling (GBP) at the prevailing rate. Any changes to rates will be notified at least 2 weeks in advance of the change. Unfortunately we are currently unable to bill in any other currency although we hope to add USD $ and Euros € very soon. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, Solo, Visa Delta and JCB cards.
If you choose not to continue your subscription at any time, then you can cancel your account by logging in to the website and selecting the close account option. You will need to confirm this by email as well. Once this has been done, your account will continue to be accessible until the end of your subscription month, after which you will not be billed again and you will not have any further access to your account. you can of course create a new account at any time.
Please note, if you cancel your account, we will NOT keep any historical survey data after the account has been closed, so you should download this data before it closes if you want to keep it.
